Terms & Conditions

•  Minor Damages : If any minor damage occurs to the car during the rental period, the customer will be responsible for      covering the repair costs.

•  Car Interior Cleanliness: If the car interior is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged to the customer, ranging from 300 to 1000 rupees, depending on the extent of the cleaning required.

•  Late Return Charges: If the customer fails to return the car on time, additional charges will be imposed based on the duration of the delay.

•  Security Requirement: For security purposes, the customer must provide a contact number of a family member at the time of booking.

•  Fuel Policy: The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the time of pick-up. If not, the cost of refueling will be charged to the customer.

•  FASTag Balance: The car must be returned with the same FASTag balance as at the time of pick-up. Any deficit in the balance will be charged to the customer.

•  Security Deposit: A security deposit of 2000 to 10000 rupees is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded if the car is returned without any damages.

•  Minimum Age and License Requirement: The minimum age to rent a car is 20 years (completed) with a valid driving license. Customers must present a valid driving license at the time of booking.

•  Advance Payment: A token amount of 30% of the total rental cost must be paid in advance at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

•  Booking Extension and Payment Approval: If the customer wishes to extend the booking, they must notify the backend team and provide payment before the extension period begins. If the payment is not approved or provided, the backend team reserves the right to remotely disable the vehicle's engine.
